Wednesday, March 18, is our next Wine Salon at Town Center!

The Architecture of Wine — a monthly, seated wine experience centered on thoughtful curation, conversation, and discovery.

This next Salon: Elegance Under Pressure - The Language of Sparkling Wine  

This month, Manuela has curated six exceptional sparkling wines — three Champagnes alongside distinctive expressions from Cava, Prosecco, and Crémant.             

This is an intimate, guided tasting — seated with pairing snacks from Warren General.

6:30 to 8 pm

Monthly themes will provide insight, awareness, experience and enjoyment, all centered around sharing wine knowledge, light bites, company and conversation.

Participation is limited to a maximum of 12 to ensure focus, attention, intimacy and dialogue.

Manuela will share her knowledge, experience, discernment, and good cheer.

Wednesday Evenings from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, $65 per person.
