This month, Manuela invites you to explore Cabernet through place and perspective—comparing how climate, soil, tradition and wine-making shape its character across the Old World and New World.

Join Manuela, Town Center’s sommelier, for a seated, guided experience—intimate, relaxed, and conversational. Together, we’ll explore a small selection of wines in depth and discover how structure, balance, and place come through in the glass.

Participation is limited to a maximum of 12 to ensure focus, attention, intimacy and dialogue.
