Curated by Sommelier Manuela Fassbender, the club’s collection embodies the art of curation: discerning, curated, surprising, and delightful. Each release will feature hand-selected bottles from small producers and celebrated estates alike — chosen for their story, sense of place, and sheer pleasure in the glass. Whether you’re a devoted collector or simply curious, The Compass Club promises moments to savor and stories to share — one extraordinary bottle at a time.
The Signature Selection is a monthly three-bottle selection curated around a single theme — designed to point you in the direction of great wine and new discoveries.
Every month you receive:
• Three wines chosen by Manuela
• A tasting card explaining what they are and why she picked them
• A mix of comfort, discovery, and something unexpected

• One box per month (three bottles)
• Pick-up at Town Center Wines and Spirits or fill out the delivery form at checkout

October brings a noticeable shift. The days are shorter, the evenings cooler, and we begin to slow down a little—returning to the kitchen, gathering around the table, and reaching for wines with a bit more depth and character.
For this month’s Compass Club, I wanted to follow that change of pace with a return to the Old World—three wines rooted in tradition, but each with something a little unexpected to discover.
These are not necessarily the obvious classics. Instead, they offer a different side of familiar European wine traditions: distinctive, food-friendly, full of character, and particularly well suited to the flavors and rhythm of fall.
